MEMBERSHIP
It you are interested in joining the Club fill out this form and send it to the Club Board for review along with the appropriate check. Upon acceptance you will be notified. If the application is denied, your fee will be returned.
Existing members should use this invoice to send in your dues.
Park Lakes is a year round facility and your membership is based on the calendar year of January 1 to December 31.
All members are subject to the Club rules and guidelines Club By-Laws.(avail. on request)
Membership Fees 2008 |

| Single -- one adult, over 25 | $ 630. |
| Family -- two cohabiting adults or a single parent with tennis-playing children under the age of 18 | $ 945. |
| Junior -- up to age 18 | $ 160. |
| Young Adult, between the ages of 19-24 | $ 315. |
| Inactive -- Play up to 5 times | $ 110. |
| Non-Resident Part Year Payment -- Members who have moved more than 100 miles from the Club. Member's official residence (driver's license) determines qualification for this category. Member decides which calendar months they will use facilities: Singles -- $150/month Family -- $225/month Junior -- $ 25/month Young Adult -- $ 75/month Inactive -- $100/month |

Initiation Fee |

New Jersey Tax |

| New Jersey State Sales Tax must be paid on the full amount. | 7% |
Late Payment Structure |
|
| BASIS: We are a 12-month facility with either tennis or paddle or both availability every month. Membership is on a twelve-month basis. ALL dues are to be paid by end of February. If dues are not paid by end of February, late payment (per by-laws) is $25/month starting with checks received in March. Checks received in April will incur a $50 late fee, and so on. March 1 is also the deadline for Directory listing. | |
